Low fat, low salt and great on crackers, flat breads, muffins or stuffed in celery stalks on a veggie plate. The
chopping is seasy if you use a food processor.
Ingredients:
1 8 ounce pkg fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise type dressing
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 cup minced bell pepper
1/3 cup very finely chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 of a small carrot, finely grated
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill, or 1/2 tsp dried dill
Procedure:
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the mayonnaise. Stir in the remaining ingredients,
cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serving Size: 1 Tbsp provides about
11 calories, 1 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 0 g fiber, 0 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 4 mcg folate, 0 mg iron, 17 mg calcium,
