A low calories, low fat alternative on the appetizer plate. End product is not very acceptable if you substitute
fat free sour cream for the low fat sour cream.
Ingredients:
1- 8 ounce pkg fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup low fat sour cream
2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
2 1/2 ounces dried beef, chopped
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 F, In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in the remaining
ingredients and pour into a baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely. Serve at
room temperature, refrigerate if not used right away.
Serving Size: 1 Tbsp contains approximately

Diabetic Exchange - 3 Tbsp = 1 neat/protein or FREE food if 1 Tbsp
