Cheese & Egg Sandwich

Prepared with Pita or Naan bread, egg substitute and low fat cheese.  Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup egg substitute or amount equal to 1 large egg
1 slice or 1 ounce fat free cheese
1 flat bread

Procedure:

Warm the flat bread in an oven, toaster oven, or microwave.  About 5 minutes at 300 F.  Scramble the egg substitute, either stovetop using nonstick cooking spray, or in the microwave, and place on top of the warmed flat bread.  Top with cheese, heat under broiler, in toaster oven, or in microwave, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
