The basting sauce can be made with your own Spiced Chili Sauce, or a commercially prepared brand. Roast on a charcoal grill or a gas grill.
Ingredients:
1 - 2 to 4 pound trimmed pork tenderloin
Basting Sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
Procedure:
Combine basting sauce ingredients and mix well. Prepare a medium-hot grill and grill roast over indirect heat for
20-25 minutes per pound, internal temperature of 155 to 160 F. Baste frequently with basting sauce.
Serving Size:
8 servings from a 4 pound roast
