For poultry, pork and fish. Use it for roasting, baking or grilling, and it adds a distinct flavor to baked or stewed
tomato dishes Excellent sprinkled inside and outside when roasting a whole turkey without stuffing. This makes
about 1/2 cup of seasoning but can easily be doubled or tripled for a larger quantity. You can vary the flavor by adding
some crumbled lavender.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp dried marjoram
3 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried summer savory
1 Tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
1/2 tsp crushed dried sage
1/2 tsp fennel seed, crushed or ground
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack into airtight containers. Will stay fresh about 4 months.
