No Salt Creole Seasoning

This is quite tasty, but if you prefer a more mild seasoning, decrease the cayenne pepper, but please don't eliminate it all together.  This will make about a half cup of seasoning mix, about 8 Tbsp worth.  I use about 2 to 4 Tbsp per pound of meat/protein or pot of rice and beans

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Tbsp paprika

2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp black pepper

1 Tbsp onion powder

1Tbsp cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp dried, crushed oregano

1 Tbsp dried, crushed thyme

Procedure:

Combine all  spices in a plastic bag or small bowl.  Seal and shake the bag or mix to blend the spices well in the bowl.  Spoon into sealable glass or plastic jars for storage.

This can easily be doubled or tripled.
