Beef Noodle Soup Mix

Made with no sodium beef bouillon, dehydrated vegetable flakes, TVP and bow tie pasta made with egg whites only (no yolk) makes it very low sodium and cholesterol but still sustaining and tasty.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup no sodium beef bouillon granules
1 cup textured vegetable protein (TVP)
1/2 cup dehydrated diced carrots
1/2 cup dehydrated diced celery
1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup cholesterol free bow ties or broad egg noodles made with egg whites only, no yolks

Procedure:

Gently mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight glass jar, in a cool dry place.   
 
To Use or To Give as A Gift (enclose instructions)
Gently shake before measuring.  Add 2 cups of soup mix to at least 4 cups of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.  Makes 2 meal sized servings

360 calories, 0 g fat ( 0 g saturated), 31 g carbohydrate, 60 g protein, 11 mg sodium, 17 g dietary fiber, 0 mg cholesterol
