Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup soy vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
1 1/2 cups low fat soy milk
Procedure:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
