No Bake Cookies

Sinfully delicious and so easy to make.  Not good for your diet !!

Ingredients:

2 cups granulated white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
 

Procedure:

Combine sugar, milk and butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring - it will foam up - and then remove from heat.  In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingrediets and pour sugar, milk and butter mixture over the top and stir well.  Drop by tespoon onto wax paper and allow to cool until firm, before removing from foil or paper.  It will take several hours to 'set up'.  Store in the refrigerator.

About 18 large cookies
