Using Almond Bark or white chocolate (yikes ! the price) and dried sweet cherries. A great gift to give during
the holidays.
Ingredients:
3/4 pound vanilla flavored white almond bark
1/2 cup dried sweet cherries
Procedure:
Melt the almond bark according to package directions. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with tin foil or wax paper and spread
the cherries in an even layer. Pour melted almond bark over the top and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
Allow to cool until hard, it takes at least 2 hours, or longer. Turn out onto a hard surface. gently peel the foil or
paper off and break into serving size pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
