This is a wet rub. Great on chicken, lamb pork or rabbit - in the oven or on the grill.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp herbes de provence
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley (2 Tbsp dried)
2 green onions
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Procedure:
Combine in a blender or food processor and process until mixture is a smooth paste. Rub onto meat and grill or bake
till done.
Serving Size:
Makes enough for about 2 pounds of boneless meat.
