The cornstarch and instant tea help to keep the mixture from clumping together.

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground mace (optional)
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp instant tea, unsweetened

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients, mixing very well.  Store in glass container, tightly sealed.  Shelf life is about 3 months, before the flavors start to fade.  Use 1 heaping teaspoon per pie, or 1/2 tsp sprinkled on your oatmeal

Serving Size:

Makes about 1/3 cup
