Use about 2 tsp of this blend to season about 2 pounds of chicken or turkey. It also works well with rabbit, or
in a holiday stuffing.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp dried marjoram
2 Tbsp dried savory
2 tsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried sage
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp onion powder
Procedure:
Crush and blend all ingredients well, using a mortar and pestle or coffe bean grinder. Store in an airtight glass
container.
Serving Size:
Makes about 1/3 cup
