This only makes about 1/4 cup.  Use about 1 tsp per pound of meat, in a breading or coating mix, in a marinade or as a rub for grilling.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp dried sage
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried marjoram
3/4 tsp ground black pepper

Procedure:

Crumble all the dried herbs and mix them together well.  Store in an airtight glass container.

Serving Size:

Makes about 4 Tbsp
