Oven Fried Chicken or Chops

This is a knock-off of the famous ShakenBake taste, lower fat and lower sodium.

Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts OR pork loin chops

Procedure:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to mix well.  Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Place one piece of chicken or chop into the coating mix, shaking to coat all sides and place in the baking pan.  Preheat oven to 350 F and bake chicken or chops for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear, or meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F

240 calories, 36 g protein, 4 g fat, 15 g carbohydrate, 204 mg sodium, 78 mg cholesterol
