This makes enough frosting for 2 nine inch round cakes or one 13x9 inch cake. Artificially sweetened but it still
has some fat.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups light cream cheese at room temperature
1 1/2 Tbsp margarine at room temperature
14 to 16 packets Equal sweetener
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 to 2 Tbsp skim milk to thin frosting as needed
Procedure:
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and margarine until fluffy. Stir in sweetener and then add milk until
desired consistency is reached.
Serving Size:
Makes a little less than 2 cups
