Confections Sugar Substitute

This makes about 4 cups of an acceptable replacement for powdered sugar.  Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar substitute

Procedure:

Combine and process in a food processor or batches in the blender, until well blended and powdery.

Serving Size:

About 4 cups
