This is fall-off-the-bone tender.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken pieces, skinned (breasts, thighs or quarters)
non stick baking spray
2 Tbsp fat free milk
2 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Procedure:
Spray inside of crockpot with non stick baking spray. Dip in, or brush chicken pieces with milk and place in crockpot.
Sprinkle seasonings over top. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
