A good way to use up extra and/or over ripe bananas, in the bread machine.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
3/4 cup warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups all-purpose or bread flour
1 Tbsp vital wheat gluten
2 1/2 tsp instant, fast acting or bread machine yeast
Procedure:
Machine should be set on Bread - Whole Wheat
Place mashed bananas, water, sugar and oil int the bread pan. Turn on, add the flour and vital wheat gluten and then
the yeast.
Serving Size:
1 loaf, 12 slices
