This makes a little more than a half cup of seasoning mix. Use about 2 Tablespoons per batch of chili using one
pound of meat. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp paprika - smoked paprika will give a spicier blend
2 Tbsp turmeric
1 Tbsp ground anchos
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Procedure:
Combine and mix well.
Serving Size:
about 2/3 cup
