Seasoned 'Salt' #2

Quadruple the quantities and store in an airtight container, keeping it handy to use when you want to add 'salt'.  This works out to be cheaper than the famous name brand if you buy your spices in bulk quantities.  A group effort cuts your costs and increases your variety options.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dried onion flakes, crushed
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried orange zest or granules, crushed
1 tsp dried lemon zest or granules, crushed
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp dried parsley, crumbled
1 tsp dried basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried marjoram, crumbled
3 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyne
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled

Procedure:

This can be made with a mortar and pestle or in a blender or food processor.  Each ingredient should be as close to powder or the smallest grain possible to allow it to run through a shaker top.  Mix well, shake before using.

Serving Size:

About 10 ounces or 1 1/4 cups
