Ole` Fish

Quick and simple to make, sodium (salt) can be reduced by using low sodium prepared salsa or salt free homemade salsa.  Any type of white fish filets can be used, including pollock, snapper or cod.  This can also be grilled, in a pan, on the outside grill.

Ingredients:

1 pound fish filets
1 cup prepared salsa
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, about 1 cup

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 F.  Wash and pat dry the fish filets and place in a baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with non stick baking spray.  Arrange fish so that an even thickness is aquired.  Spread salsa evenly and then top with the shredded cheese.  Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
