Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned mackerel, drained
1 cup whole grain bread crumbs
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten1/2 tsp brewers yeast, optional
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly spray a cookie sheet with non stick baking spray. In a medium sized bowl, mash
the mackerel with a fork until it is in tiny pieces. Mix in the remaining ingredients and drop by 1/4 tsp onto the cookie
sheet. Bake about 8 minutes. Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
